David Wood

With over 20 years in manufacturing and sealing engineering, David founded Evolution Seals to do one thing differently: solve the actual problem, not sell a standard part.

Before Evolution Seals, David spent decades working inside manufacturing environments. He saw the same pattern repeatedly: production lines buying OEM replacement seals that were never designed for the specific application, replacing them every few weeks, and accepting the downtime as normal.

It isn't normal. A correctly specified seal should last months, not weeks. Evolution Seals exists to design that correct specification for every application we work with.
